Financing

Our lenders can provide up to 80% financing for childcare businesses. Loans range from $35,000 to $20,000,000 and can be used for any of the following: business acquisitions, mortgage refinancing, purchase of real estate, purchase of your leased property, renovation/expansion of facilities, and/or new construction.
